General Questions and Answers

Why choose Litigation Dynamics?

We are a group of attorneys, trial technologists and graphic designers. We consult with attorneys throughout the nation in over 75 trials annually. We present at these trials using PowerPoint, Keynote, Flash and Sanction II.

Simply put: We spend the majority of our time in the courtroom. It's what we do. We know from the thousands of hours spent in the courtroom what judges and juries want to see. CLICK HERE to view our partial list of cases we've been involved in.

How do you include my Evidence?

While our packages do not include custom designed graphics it does include the manipulation and insertion of your documents, pictures, video, and any other evidence. Take a look at our examples to see how we include evidence into our PowerPoint and Keynote presentations.

Difference between PowerPoint and Keynote

Most everyone is familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint. Those not familiar with Apple's Keynote and own a Mac should take a look. It offers much smoother transitions and its display engine is better than PowerPoint's. When comparing two identical slides in PowerPint and Keynote is it's clear which is superior.

We can create your presentation in either of these formats.

Custom animation, 3d modeling, schematics, medical diagrams

Pricing on these types of graphic design are very hard to estimate via the internet. Although we do not focus on these types of graphics in our packages, we do suggest you contact us for a quote.

Security of your information.

We understand that by creating your presentation you are entrusting us with part of your strategy that might be first seen at a mediation, arbitration, hearing or trial. Your presentation never leaves our hands and is never seen by anyone but you.

When your project is completed you will receive an email with a PRIVATE link to our website to approve the presentation before invoicing or note changes that need to be made.
